The Beach House Rooms & Suites Reservations

  1. 72-hour prior notice must be given for cancellation.
  2. Failure to comply with 72-hour cancellation notice will result in charge of room rate for each night until notice is given (up to max. rate x 3 nights).
  3. Room fee will be processed on check-in date. We accept Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.
  4. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  5. The Beach House is a no-pets, and smoke free environment. Additional housekeeping for smoke or pets will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee.
  6. Any damage incurred to a room will result in an additional fee.
  7. The Beach House Rooms & Suites shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any lost, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto the premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises. By accepting these terms you agree to pay all charges incurred to you during your stay at The Beach House Rooms & Suites.
  8. By accepting these terms you authorize any additional costs as outlined, and will be added to the method of payment chosen.
